My name is Anamaria ,
Mindfulness for All aims to provide affordable mental health care and meditation courses to the community, that respect and celebrate our diverse world. At the core of practice are the values of compassion, non violence collaboration, acceptance and celebration of uniqueness. Mindfulness for all has the intention to bring loving kindness , respect to all beings, and to our planet.
I practice diverse and individualized therapeutic methods as every individual has its own story of healing. I aim to address your body, heart and mind and help you feel connected to self and develop self awareness.
This practice is intentional about inclusion and celebration of all being.
